Wispforge Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Wispforge (package com.wispforge.game, “the Game”) uses, and why. The Game is made by Jakub Paczyński (“we”, “us”).
1. Summary
- The Game has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- We use Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads and Google Play to process in-game purchases. These Google services collect some data as described below.
- We do not sell your personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress, settings (sound, music, language) and purchase state are saved in the Game’s local storage on your device. This data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Android may include it in your device backup if you have backups turned on.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad to get an in-game reward. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version);
- ad interaction data (for example, whether an ad was viewed or tapped).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google’s consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the Game’s Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

4. In-game purchases (Google Play)
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. Google Play tells the Game which items you bought so the Game can deliver them and restore permanent purchases. Google handles your payment data under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Data we do not collect
We do not run our own servers for the Game, do not use our own analytics, and do not collect personal information directly. The Game has no chat and no way to share content with other players.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete all Game data by uninstalling the Game. For data collected by Google (ads and purchases), you can use the tools at myaccount.google.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
